The Bureau’s core is made up of the “Source Force,” a primal energy originating from the beginning of the universe, granting it immense power. It operates across multiple dimensions and timelines simultaneously. Every wall, every door, and even every desk within the Bureau is constructed from cosmic energy, and can change its form and function according to need. The Bureau is governed by a group of “Core Guardians,” each representing a fundamental aspect of the universe, such as Time, Space, Life, Death, and Chaos. These Guardians collaborate to decide how to handle disputes across dimensions and recruit extraordinary individuals—superheroes, psychics, extraterrestrials, and more—as “Origin Envoys” to carry out their tasks.

These Envoys are endowed with extraordinary abilities and supported by the Bureau’s cosmic energy to execute missions that span across multiple timelines. They resolve complex cosmic crises, fix broken timelines, and, when necessary, redefine universal laws.
