Island of the Forgotten is a thought-provoking sci-fi film that explores the rebuilding of civilization and the boundaries of human nature on a deserted island following a global catastrophe. Set in a future where a global disaster has left much of the world in ruins, and the human population is decimated, the survivors seek refuge on a secluded island. The island, surrounded by vast oceans, is virtually cut off from the outside world, with extremely limited resources. To survive, the group of survivors decide to rebuild their society from scratch, striving to establish a new order. However, as time goes on, food shortages, psychological pressures, and interpersonal conflicts begin to surface.

The protagonist, Amelia, a young biologist, is one of the key survivors. In the beginning, everyone works together with a spirit of cooperation, trying to establish a basic living condition. But as the situation deteriorates, differences in values and the emergence of fear start to divide them. Amelia and her companions face the difficult decision of whether to rebuild a society similar to the one they left behind or abandon all previous human norms and create something entirely new.
