The course begins with an introduction to the history of Irish food, focusing on the relationship between geography, climate, agriculture, and fishing in Ireland. Traditional Irish cuisine emphasizes fresh, healthy ingredients, particularly potatoes, meats, and seafood—ingredients that are central to both everyday life and the cultural identity of Ireland.

Next, you will get hands-on experience creating classic Irish dishes. First up is the iconic Irish Stew—made with beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions—cooked to perfection to bring out the deep, hearty flavors.
