Lost Rivers is a sculpture series inspired by rivers and water landscapes, where the artist explores the curves and fluctuations of flowing water in space. Water, as one of the most dynamic and life-giving elements in nature, has long been a medium for artists to express themes of movement, transformation, and eternity. This series combines the form of water with sculpture, using a variety of materials to showcase the infinite changes and profound beauty of flowing water.
In the Lost Rivers series, the artist utilizes multiple materials, including stainless steel, glass, resin, ceramics, and natural stone, to simulate various states of flowing water. For example, transparent glass and resin create a sense of clarity and flow, while stainless steel and stone reflect the strength and shape-shifting power of water through curved lines and reflective surfaces.
