The Spanish Flamenco Dance & Guitar Performance Course is an immersive artistic experience designed to transmit the essence of traditional Spanish art forms. Each style has its own unique rhythm and emotional characteristics. Flamenco guitar is an integral part of the Flamenco art form, and its techniques are highly challenging. In this course, students will learn essential techniques such as “rasgueo” (strumming), “alzapúa” (thumb and finger technique), and “picado” (pluck technique) to interpret the rhythm and emotions of Flamenco music. Students will also study iconic Flamenco pieces like “Entre Dos Aguas” and “La Leyenda del Tiempo” and learn how to integrate their rhythms and emotions with dance.
