Colombia, como uno de los países más famosos productores de café del mundo, atrae a miles de aficionados del café por su historia única y su rica cultura cafetera. Además, el curso abarcará el proceso de procesamiento de los granos de café, desde el despulpado, la fermentación y el secado, hasta el tostado. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de experimentar el proceso de tostado y descubrir las diferencias en sabor según el grado de tueste del café.

Los participantes también aprenderán las técnicas de cata de café, observando el color, olfateando los aromas y probando los sabores para evaluar la calidad del café. Durante el curso, tendrán la oportunidad de intercambiar experiencias con expertos en café locales, enriqueciendo su comprensión de los sabores únicos del café colombiano.
